Brian Zacher, Health and Physical Education RCMS
Defensive Coordinator, RCHS Varsity Football
The purpose of this website is to provide information about Physical Education and Health at Rensselaer Central Middle School. The goal is to make students and parents aware of activities and assignments going on in the classroom as well as inform them about any other things that are happening in this area at RCMS.
I have been an educator for 19 years, 15 of those years have been in the physical education and health fields. During the years 2012-2014, I was in 7th grade social studies before getting back into P.E. and Health in August of 2014. I have also coached in the Rensselaer Central School Corporation. I have coached high school football since 1999. After spending my first 4 seasons at the JV level, I was promoted to Varsity Defensive Coordinator where I still prepare the Bombers for Friday Nights. In addition to football, I was the varsity head baseball coach for 7 seasons and assisted varsity wrestling for 2. I am married to a wonderful woman, Nicole, and we have 2 energetic young boys, Jackson 7 and Drew 5 and an equally energetic new yellow lab named "Sarge". We reside in rural Rensselaer.
